Emergency, urgent, ordinary
The most time-critical comes first: consciousness, airway, breathing, circulation. Advice belongs to the pathway that was matched, not to a free story.
Urgent clinic
What is urgent but not an immediate emergency. An ambulance only when the need is clear. Call again if it gets worse.
Not hospital
Only after a person confirms it. Advice at home and a safety net. Never as an automatic green.
