Where is the person. What happened. Are they awake. Is breathing as usual. If consciousness is no or unknown, the call moves to the emergency path before the routine questions are finished.

The call is a fixed order. The assistant does not improvise her way through the assessment.
Three outcomes
Hospital now. An urgent clinic or other rapid review. Not hospital, with a safety net. The last of these is spoken only after a clinician has confirmed it.
When the line fails
If the handover is not confirmed, the caller stays on the line and is asked to call 113. A red finding is not parked.
